You probably think I'm exaggerating when I say that I tried EVERY single FAD diet out there in an attempt to lose fat around my tummy; I'm pretty sure one attempt I ate nothing but chicken and tomatoes for a full day because some diet told me it would "kickstart my metabolism"... how did I seriously believe this?

I would wake up so unhappy with my body every single morning, constantly thinking about losing weight, constantly thinking about restricting my favourite foods and how many spin classes I was going to have to do to sweat out whatever crazy fad diet I had eaten that day. And every time I weighed myself or looked in a mirror, I was left disappointed and even less motivated than I already was! I just could not possibly see a way to achieve my goals - I started to think it wasn't even possible for me & started to blame my "body type" and genetics! I had nearly given up all hope.

I trial and errored for 3 months with different combinations of home workouts - HIIT training, resistance training, running, walking, stair climbing & stretching - and various food tracking techniques in an attempt to not put on weight.

I had actually lost a stone (6.5kg)… A WHOLE STONE OF FAT! No cutting out my favourite treats, no sweaty spin classes, no daily disappointment. I had got my dream bod.. now I just had to keep it and share with the world HOW I did it. Enter the PT Qualification I knew I had to do if I wanted to help other people achieve what I once thought was impossible!

The more I learnt, the more I want to share! And the more I shared, the more people I had approach me wanting to join my workouts and know my secrets. I have since created workouts, challenges and programmes that have helped soooo many other gals find their new body confidence too!

I have been overwhelmed with the positive feedback I have received every day from my programmes with more people always wanting to join half way through! I felt I was doing them a huge disservice when I had to turn them down as it had already started. I therefore knew the obvious next step for me to was to drop engineering and take on 1-1 clients!

I have combined everything I have learned since 2020 to create the ultimate solution for becoming the healthiest, happiest and best version of YOU! Not some skinny model... YOU!
And guess what… I won’t make you do exercises you hate, or cut out your favourite foods, I won’t make you run for miles or spend hours in gym! Other trainers will give you really complex meal and gym plans but my solution is so sooo simple it’s unbelievable and IT WORKS!
